Clive brings extensive property and governance experience to the Arrow Board developed from a successful career in property and funds management. Clive has worked for Australia’s leading retail property investment management and development groups including Jennings Properties and Gandel Group. He was involved in the Perth Airport redevelopment and played a key role in the founding of the APN Property Group, which has $2.5B of funds under management.
Paul has a strong track record of over 30 years of successful innovation and leadership in property development, asset management, funds management and engineering construction. He has held senior roles with a number of major Australian construction organisations including CEO of MAB Corporate, Victoria State Manager of Lend Lease, Leighton Contractors and Chord Partners. Paul provides specialist construction and property development expertise to the Arrow Board.
Brian is an experienced executive who has spent more than 30 years across most construction sectors having successfully led businesses and projects from both the client and contractor side for both medium scale private and large scale public companies. Brian currently provides independent growth focused strategy and risk advice to a number of companies within Australia and internationally. Brian offers advice to the Arrow Board in key matters including operational improvement, organisational development, growth focused strategies and general risk management.
Sealing multi-million deals with a handshake and doing business built on trust and his word is as natural to Ron Anderson as the southern mountains he treasures. Born and raised at the head of the Otago Peninsula, Ron founded Arrow International in Dunedin in 1984 alongside Bob Foster. Since then he has led the business in the delivery of major projects throughout Australia and New Zealand. With over 45 year’s industry experience, Ron provides construction advice and governance to the Arrow Board. Ron serves on the Board of the NZ Winter Games Trust.
Bob and Ron had a desire for a business built on relationships and trust that led the pair to start Arrow International in 1984. Bob grew up in Auckland but made the South Island home in the ’70s, drawn by the major infrastructure projects and outdoors lifestyle. A prominent businessman with 40 years experience of establishing and growing companies in Australia and New Zealand, Bob provides considerable construction and senior leadership weight to the Arrow Board.
An avid multi-sporter, Bob has competed in numerous adventure races around the world.

Ken has been with Arrow since 2001 initially in senior finance roles and now as Chief Executive of Arrow International with responsibility for New Zealand and the Melbourne business. A finance professional with experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering and IT, Ken has the commercial acumen to create successful projects on behalf of clients. Fully conversant with all aspects of business, finance and risk management, his strategic approach, and appreciation of the impacts of technology and need for change, is immensely valuable to Arrow and the construction industry as a whole.
